I don't want to Grow Up!

So tonight I was sitting in the office talking to Brandon, and in walks Kaden looking very sad and concerned. I asked him what was wrong and his little chin started to quiver and he says "I don't want to grow up" and bursts into tears! I then asked him why he was so upset at that prospect right now and he said "I just love you so much". I'm not sure what prompted this sudden outburst of emotion over something that won't happen for more than a decade, and when it finally does, he will be more than happy to grow up and move on with his life away from mom and dad. But I was kind of glad that he told me that, so I know I'm not alone, because I really don't want him to grow up either.
