Young Art

So a few weeks ago I was in Vancouver waiting around for a photo shoot, and randomly decided to wander into a little shop near the park called Young Art. I thought they just sold children's toys/clothes ect. Well when I went in I found out that they also teach art classes and sell art supplies, and their work on the walls that was done by kids as young as 3 were just incredible. So I decided that this was the perfect thing for Jamison. He absolutely love to do art, and really has alot of talent. So he went for his first art class last night and I was very impressed. They actually teach kids how to see light and shadow, and how to use real art techniques rather than it just being a glorified kids craft class. Jamison was so excited when he got done and kept asking me on the way home "when do I get to go back for my next art class". Then the first thing this morning he was asking to get out his art supplies and do art. I think I've found his love in life! So I thought I'd share his first real work of art! Next time I'll scan it rather than photograph it, but since it's already in a frame, I didn't want to take it out.
