White Horse

On the first day of our family vacation we drove down to southern Oregon and stayed at White Horse State Park. It was a great start to the trip since it only took us 3 1/2 hours to drive there, so it was a quick drive, and then the kids got to get out and play. It was a beautiful spot with a river just a little ways down the road and we were almost the only ones at the campground. So it was a nice quiet, relaxing night. The kids of course loved roasting marshmallows for smores, and lighting sticks on fire.
