We just got back from our weekend campout at Beverly Beach. We had a blast, other than the constant drizzle on Saturday. Our friends The Jeffries came with us and it was so fun to have friends camping with us. We got to go and explore a bunch of really cool tidepools and saw anemones, sea stars, crabs, mussels, and tons of other cool sea creatures. It's really great to be so close to the ocean. We also went to this great lighthouse on Friday, and went down to Newport that night for the fireworks show. And I did a family photo shoot for the Jeffries as well. Here's a sneak peek for you Kate!

There are some things that I really miss about the northwest! The beach is definitely one of them! Looks like lots of fun!
