Day 2 & 3-Big Basin Redwoods
On the 2nd and 3rd day of our trip to California we went to Big Basin state park. It was just beautiful there, and the boys loved it. There were some other kids camping right next to us, so they had a great time going and playing with them. We also went on some nice hikes, and went on a little guided tour to learn about the redwood trees. They are actually very fascinating. And since it was Father's Day I decided I needed a picture of Brandon with his boys. And this tree they are in front of is called The Father of the Forest.
