Running Y

While we were at Running Y (near Klamath Falls) we did a lot of great stuff. We went swimming, and rode scooters, and watched deer and birds, and went to see fireworks on the 4th. Unfortunately I don’t have many photos to share from that time! I think I was in photo detox and was just enjoying some time to breathe. I know I have some videos of the deer behind our condo and some other fun things (like the boys riding scooters), but I can’t find them right now, so I’ll come back and post some of those videos later. Actually I’m hoping to put together a video montage from the entire vacation and post it later, but figuring that out just hasn’t been in the cards right now. One of the days there we went to a little lake called Lake of the Woods and rented a small paddle boat and went out on the lake to try and fish. The fishing was a fiasco, but we enjoyed just being out on the water. Carter fell off the back of the boat at one point and ended up in the really cold water (good thing he had his life jacket on!). We also had some sweet little baby birds on our front porch of our condo at Running Y, so I had to share a photo of them.
