We drove through Weed and saw Mt. Shasta.
Bennett and Pappa bonded.
Sully got to enjoy the easy life of being carried around.
Kaden was too cool for school.
We forced our children to take a picture as a family in front of a waterfall.
We feared for our children's lives as they climbed giant boulders.
We fit as many people as humanly possible on one tiny bench while waiting for the bus.
We played in the river by El Capitan. This was the kids highlight of Yosemite.
My sisters and I all wore really big sunglasses.
El Capitan
The one photo I have from the campground, and Sherri actually took it.
The kids had a blast jumping from this boulder into the water.
We got to go ride Whitney's horse Promise. Even Nanna took a ride.
We roasted marshmallows over a fire by the light of the full moon.
Sully turned 3 and had a Mickey Mouse party at the lake.
We went out on a paddle boat ride around the lake by Sherri's house.
We went to a 4th of July festival in Bear Valley.
And Sully had more fun than any of us at Sherri's stake 4th of July party dancing the night away. I think he was in love with that girl in the white shirt.
The Birthday Boy.
We went to the beach and everyone buried Jamison.
We went to the Ostrich farm.
We went swimming at the Bear Valley Pool.
We played at the Rec Center and kicked everyone's trash playing fooseball.
Kaden and I went boogie boarding and had a blast.
We fed the ostriches.
Sully rode a cute little pony.
Brooke and I hung out in some old kiddie pool.
We had a great trip and made so many fun memories with family. This blog post is all out of order and makes little sense, but it's as good as it can get right now!
